Hands-on Training

Do you prefer to learn by DOING rather than listening or watching? Well you're in luck! The small group format allows you to work with other culinary professionals to prepare a tasty meal. Come hungry because you'll get to enjoy the fruits (& veggies) of your labor!

Chef-led Instruction

We want you to feel confident in your new culinary skills, so we've partnered with some of the best. You'll refine your knife skills, learn how to utilize kitchen equipment & enhance your culinary techniques. 

NEW & Delicious Recipes

We're going back to the basics to prepare "scratch-made" recipes using the finest ingredients! We'll teach you best practice for using fresh & local ingredients to prepare not only nutritious, but delicious meals that your students will love!

Series 3 will be coming in Fall 2020.

Each of the trainings will follow the same format and recipe set, with minor adjustments based on seasonal availability, and will last around 2 hours in duration. All attendees will earn 2 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
The cost is $65.00 per attendee. An invoice will be sent 10 days prior to the training. This fee is expected to be paid in full to guarantee your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the payment is not fulfilled.
